This winter our Baking Class Series replaces our usual produce-focused cooking classes and tackles some much sought after baking techniques. Register for one or all of our Baking Series Classes and transform your oven and cupboard know-how!
- Bread – January 11th, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. “How can a nation be great if its bread tastes like Kleenex?” quipped Julia Child. In this class, tackle 2 bread recipes packed full of flavor, Sourdough Bread and Chocolate Bread, and you will never go back to “Kleenex” bread again! Cost*: $40 stand alone class. - Pastries and Cream – February 8th, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Nothing says “baking expert” like offering your guest a beautiful tray of cream puffs and eclairs. - Pie – March 14th, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Pi Day has swept the nation as an unofficial holiday and as an all-purpose excuse to enjoy the culinary equivalent. Expand your culinary pie skills and learn how to make a creamy, silky Cinnamon Pie to bake while here and as a bonus make a mini Apple Pie for your freezer! Cost: $40 stand alone class*.
