Magisterial District Judge James Morgan grew up in Chester, PA. And he is the first African American Magisterial Judge to be elected in York Pennsylvania. Also Police Commissioner Michael Muldrow, TV host Shareef Hameed, and School Superintendent Dr.Andrea Berry, of The City of York, PA. With performances by The Philadelphia Tabernacle Interdenominational Choir, The Tams, The Chairmen of the Board, The Swinging Medallions, Lafayette Reed, and many other entertainers.
