November 20 Quittapahilla Audubon Society program: Wild Edible Plants presented by Debbie Naha-Koretzky. Many people don’t realize that they are surrounded by edible plants! Join Debbie Naha-Koretzky (The Wild Edibles Lady) for a fun program to open your eyes to the world of wild edibles. From dandelions to acorns, the fields and woods are filled with an abundance of edibles. This program will cover plant I.D., safe and sustainable harvesting, and incorporating wild plants into culinary dishes. In addition, we'll learn just how good these plants are for us.
