HSOA reduces fall risks among older adults by raising awareness about the causes of falls and how to prevent them. Participants learn how to exercise safely at home and provided information on ways to improve their health and well-being. Discussions will include home and medication safety, as well as appropriate foot care/foot wear. Each person receives a booklet that includes exercises they can continue at home. HSOA is a 2-day class, each class is 2 hours.
