Being a caregiver to a loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia can leave you with more questions than answers regarding their care. Senior Commons at Powder Mill and area professionals can help you find those answers! Join us for a Caregiver Support Group meeting on Thursday, July 25 at 5:30 p.m.
Senior Common’s Memory Care Director, Denise Wible, facilitates an open discussion, including information on how to prevent caregiver burnout, and where or who to contact for help. Bring your questions and receive supportive insight and resourceful strategies that can help you provide better care for yourself, as well as your loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Refreshments are available. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Association will be accepted.
This event is free and open to the public. RSVPs appreciated; please call 717-741-0961.
