The York Symphony Orchestra presents the Beethoven’s 9th concert with in-person theatre seats and digital access options. In celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday, the York Symphony Orchestra and Chorus performs Beethoven’s final masterpiece, Symphony No. 9. Beethoven’s 9th has brought countries together in harmony and in celebration of monumental events in history. The work’s enduring grandeur along with the incorporation of Friedrich Schiller’s Ode to Joy continues to inspire composers and music enthusiasts.
